Fulfillment Times
If everything in your order is in stock:
We’ll do our best to get it moving quickly. Orders placed before 11am PST usually ship the same business day. Anything placed after that cutoff will ship the next business day.
Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm PST (excluding holidays).
Shipping Methods - United States
Transit times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the courier. Most carriers don’t count the day of pickup as the first transit day.
At checkout, you’ll see two options:
Standard (4 - 7 Days)
- Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or FedEx Ground, depending on the destination and service availability.
Express (2 - 3 Days)
- Typically sent with FedEx 2-Day. For PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses, we’ll use USPS Priority instead.
Orders valued at $249.99 USD or above usually require a signature upon delivery to help ensure they arrive safely.
A quick note about weekends:
FedEx does not include weekends in the transit time for 2-Day shipments. For example, a package sent on Friday may arrive the following Tuesday.
Shipping Methods - International
International orders ship with DHL Express (3 - 8 Days) in most cases.
If your order includes The Blade, we’ll switch to FedEx International Connect Plus due to import rules around bladed items. Transit time and cost are similar, but this method tends to result in fewer delays during customs processing.
Pre-Orders
If your order contains any pre-order or back-order items, the full order will ship once all items are available. Our support team can help remove individual items if you need something sooner.
Import Duties
Import duties, VAT, and local customs fees are not collected at checkout. These charges are set by your country and will be billed directly by the courier (usually DHL) when your shipment arrives.
Shipping costs aren't eligible to be refunded for orders that are refused or returned because import duties or taxes weren’t paid.
Non-Delivery Claims
If your order appears lost or wasn’t delivered correctly, the best first step is to file a lost package claim with the courier. Most carriers allow you to start this directly from the tracking page.
Please note: Shipments sent to freight forwarders are considered successfully delivered once they’re handed off to the forwarding service. Because of this, they aren’t eligible for non-delivery claims.
