Does PolarPro offer any military, government, or educational discount programs?
We do not offer any standing discounts on our site at this time.
Is it possible to use more than one payment method on an order?
Not by default, however it is possible to first order a digital polarpro.com gift card (found here) using one payment method, and then apply that to an order along with the other payment method. Digital gift cards are delivered via email as soon as the payment is made, and can be immediately used for any new order.
Can I change my billing address after an order is placed?
No. Billing information is tied to the payment method, and is locked at the time payment is completed. PolarPro support is not able to override this. The only way to change the billing address is to cancel the original order and create a new one.
Am I able to cancel/edit my order after placing it?
Yes. Check your order confirmation email for the link to edit or cancel your order. Please note that these links will only work within the first hour after placing your order. After that time, the order record is locked so that our inventory system can reserve your items.
What if my chosen payment method is not working at checkout?
PolarPro is not able to force payments through for any order. If a given payment method is not working, usually the easiest solution is to swap to a different payment method.
Is it possible to stack multiple discounts or gift cards on one order?
Generally no, only one discount code or gift card is eligible to be used for any given order. This includes automatic discount codes applied as part of a sale. However, your polarpro.com rewards credit may be stackable with some deals on our site - it'll appear at checkout automatically if so (as long as you're logged in).
Does PolarPro split orders?
No. If an order contains a preorder/backorder item, the entire order is automatically held until it can be shipped in full. If you would like to edit or cancel an individual item from an order, our support team (support@polarpro.com) is happy to assist.
If I am ordering internationally, will I have to pay import duties/taxes?
Yes, but not on our site. PolarPro does not collect any import duties or taxes at checkout for international orders. Those costs are calculated separately at the time of import, and are billed to the recipient by the shipping courier.
Can I pick up orders at the warehouse in Costa Mesa?
PolarPro Support is happy to arrange this on request. Please note, same-day pickup may not always be possible. Orders must be picked up by the person who placed the order. The PolarPro warehouse team will request ID and a copy of the polarpro.com order number at the time of the pickup.
